Helping people choose consciously.

Why this work matters to me
I come from a modest socio-economic background, and I know personally what it means to have potential but not enough guidance to find and pursue the best opportunities.
Over more than three decades in engineering education, I worked as HOD, Dean and Principal and saw thousands of students in classrooms and institutions. Time and again I saw the same pattern: families answer the big questions about Science, Commerce or Humanities through marks, relatives' advice, or whatever seems "safe" and "high paying".
But a good career decision requires more than marks. It requires understanding the person behind the marks. For 12+ years I have been helping students and professionals do exactly that, and gain clarity, confidence and happiness along the way.
Don't choose a career by pressure, popularity, or guesswork.
Understand yourself. Explore possibilities. Choose consciously.
My approach is never to tell a child, "You should become X". It is to help the student understand their interests, strengths, personality, abilities and aspirations, explore real career possibilities, evaluate the fit, and decide for themselves.
