Phase 2: Skill Deepening and Track Alignment (Months 3–4)

Students align into Elite, Growth or Foundation tracks based on capability and aspiration. Includes technical drills, mini projects, GD simulations and structured interview preparation.

Phase 3: Placement Simulation Mode (Months 5–6)

Full mock placement drives, technical panels, stress interviews and off-campus application execution.

Phase 4: Extended Career Execution Track (Months 7–12)

Personalized placement strategy, weekly review cycles, employer outreach support and negotiation coaching until employment.

Accountability Framework

Eligibility for extended support and placement assurance requires:

• Minimum 90 percent attendance

• Completion of all assignments and mock tests

• Minimum 150 verified job applications

• Participation in all scheduled interviews

• Professional conduct and location flexibility as agreed

Placement Assurance Clause

If a selected student fulfils all documented execution conditions and remains unplaced even after extended support, further extended support provisions apply as per the signed enrollment agreement.

I graduated in Electrical Engineering from MITS Gwalior and began my career after qualifying MP PSC, joining the Government of Madhya Pradesh as a Lecturer in the Technical Education Department. After completing my Master’s in Computer Engineering from SGSITS Indore, I transitioned into teaching Computer Engineering and later joined Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Meanwhile, in 2009, I completed my Ph.D. from MANIT, Bhopal.
